the location was acceptable. the hotel is in a busy area.
I had issues with the air conditioning. It couldn't be adjusted. also. the hot water was inconsistent. It seemed to be available on a first-come. first-served basis, rather annoying. the safe wasn't properly secured and wasn't even attached to the wall. this made me question the overall security of my belongings.

Excellent Hotel Experience

helpful staffhealthy optionspoor lighting
The staff was friendly. Pedro provided excellent restaurant recommendations upon arrival. I also left my sunglasses and the hotel shipped them to my home. The breakfast was ample and delicious. I especially appreciated the healthy options.
The lighting in the sitting room was poor. It was difficult to read because of that. Some lights in the kitchen area came on with movement. This was quite annoying.
